Move, Dance, Fight, Explore, and Soar!
We now have a Creative Movement class with aerial focus at SSDF! The class consists of conditioning, basic aerial/acro technique, dance and fight choreography. Teresa will be holding classes on Saturday from 2:00 to 3:00pm and Sunday from 1:00 to 2:00pm.(First classes will be 1 1/2 hours long, no class on August 14th and 15th).
